I am passionate about igniting transformational leadership. My mission is to empower leaders to uncover their unique strengths, unlock their full potential, and create high-performing teams that thrive. With a focus on clarity, empathy, and impact, I guide leaders to make meaningful, lasting change—both for their teams and the world around them.
For over 30 years, I’ve led and inspired teams of all sizes, from small groups to 3,000-strong organizations, across industries like technology, healthcare, and education. These experiences have equipped me with practical insights and strategies that I now share with leaders ready to step into their greatest potential.
Together, let’s turn challenges into opportunities, values into action, and leadership into a force for good.
Me
At the heart of my work is the belief that effective leadership combines clarity, empathy, and purpose. I specialize in helping leaders uncover their strengths, embrace their values, and lead with authenticity. This becomes each leader’s brand and their superpower. We need diversity of voices in leadership in our organizations and communities. My philosophy is rooted in the idea that successful leaders not only achieve results but also cultivate thriving, connected teams driven by shared goals and mutual respect.
My “why” is not just about helping individuals succeed—it’s about equipping leaders to create workplaces and communities where people can thrive, innovation can flourish, and meaningful, positive change can take root.
My first role in leadership (with an official title) was in junior high and high school as a team captain both in volleyball and basketball. My first paid leader role was at 16 years of age working at a movie theater. I took on various roles of leader in college and my very first professional job out of college. I found myself often being the youngest and only female in a room with other leaders. Although I had a lot to learn I also had skills that were helpful to the environment I was in at those times. However, I was often treated differently, or my voice was muted due to those characteristics.
I learned early that finding mentors and advocates was going to be critical for success long term. Many people gave freely of their time and energy to help me succeed. They shared their expertise and amplified my voice. As I have risen through leadership levels, my desire is to help others do the same. I particularly have noticed through my experiences that all too often imposter syndrome sets in at higher rates for women and it lengthens time to leadership success or forever becomes an obstacle. I have an ability to spot talent before many others see it in themselves. More diverse voices are needed in leadership, and I hope by helping others through coaching and training, I can help more leaders achieve their goals faster.
